About us

Hi, I'm Craig Hauser, the owner of WindowWorks.

I was born and raised in the Snoqualmie Valley, and I love everything about this area. Unfortunately, the catch is that all the rain that keeps it this green also grows moss on your roof, packs your gutters every fall, and basically allows your home to get eaten alive if left unchecked. Staying ahead of it is a real job on top of the one you already have.

I've been doing this work for over 15 years. I started with windows, spent a while hanging off ropes cleaning skyscrapers downtown, then ran my own small business locally in the Snoqualmie Valley. Back in 2023, I bought WindowWorks and rebuilt it the way I always thought it should be done.

Mostly, I was tired of watching people line up three or four companies to take care of one house. Roof, siding, windows, gutters, pressure washing, the holiday lights. Now it's one call and you're done.

We build trust one job at a time, until you feel comfortable handing over your exterior maintenance and putting your feet up. This is our home, and we treat our customers like neighbors, because that's what you are.

Thanks for trusting us with your most precious asset.

The people behind the work

The same faces, year after year.

Our technicians are employees, not temporary help, with healthcare and a wage they can live on here. That's why the crew you meet this spring is the crew you'll see next fall.

  • Connor Kraft, General Manager at WindowWorks, in uniform in front of an ivy wall

    Connor Kraft

    General Manager

Grew up in Fall City and has worked alongside Craig for the past 7 years cleaning windows, climbing roofs, and hanging lights. "I especially love taking on very technical jobs where other companies couldn’t get the customer the results they wanted."

  • Rye E., Office Manager at WindowWorks, in uniform in front of an ivy wall

    Rye E.

    Office Manager

Born and raised on a farm in Ohio, Rye served in the US Navy at NAS Whidbey Island. She handles the day-to-day behind the scenes so the team can focus on customers. You’ll often speak with her over the phone or via text, so feel free to say "Hi!"

  • Emily G., Field Lead at WindowWorks, in uniform in front of an ivy wall

    Emily G.

    Field Lead

"I grew up in the PNW and quickly realized I’m way happier working outside with my hands than sitting behind a desk. You actually get to see what you accomplished at the end of the day, and getting to know new people makes the job feel more personal."

  • Jake D. of WindowWorks standing on a mountain summit at sunset

    Jake D.

    Field Technician

Grew up in North Bend and has lived there his whole life. A photographer and videographer on the side, Jake used to run his own window cleaning business. "This work lets me connect with customers and get people’s homes looking pretty."

  • Noa H., Field Technician at WindowWorks, in uniform in front of an ivy wall

    Noa H.

    Field Technician

"I'm a very driven person. I'll always push to get something done, and I go out of my way to go the extra mile for others. I strive to make sure my work meets and exceeds expectations, and I love seeing it bring a smile and some joy to people's faces."

Training and safety

The people on your roof are trained for it.

Who we hire

We hire for trustworthiness and personality first. The skills we can teach. Every technician is a W2 employee with healthcare and a living wage, background-checked before day one, and never a day-hire subcontractor. People like that stay, which is why the same faces come back to your home year after year.

How we train

There is no license to clean a roof, so we built our own standard. Every technician earns certification skill by skill, signed off by an evaluator at six levels, from Initial Training to Trainer. Each level is earned by demonstrating the skill, not by clocking time.

Your roof is not where we learn

We built an adjustable mock roof in our shop, shingled like the real thing, with a pitch that goes from an easy walk to a steep climb. Crews run ladder work, rope and anchor setup, and soft-wash technique on it with a lead watching. The first steep roof a technician walks is ours, not yours.

Safety, written down

OSHA-aligned training with written checklists for rope, harness, roof, and chemical safety. Anchors get verified backups, harnesses get checked before anyone leaves the ground, and any gear involved in a fall is retired on the spot.

Your timeline

What working with us looks like.

From your first message to years of a home that takes care of itself. Here's the whole relationship, start to never-finished.

  1. You reach out

Call, text, or request an estimate at wwofwa.com. A real person answers, and it’s probably Rye.

  2. Your estimate

A clear, itemized scope up front. No surprises later.

  3. Scheduling

Approve the estimate and pick a date. We send a reminder and a quick prep list.

  4. Service day

A text when we're on the way. A uniformed, background-checked crew arrives in the window we gave you, works carefully, and cleans up.

  5. Walk-through and follow-up

We check the work against the same checklist every time, walk it with you if you're home, and write down anything we noticed. Not right? We make it right.

  6. Seasonal reminders

We track what your home needs and reach out when it’s due: gutters before the fall rain, moss before it takes hold.

  7. You hand it over

Take a deep breath: this part is covered. We track what your home needs and when, the same crew arrives already knowing your preferences, and you hear from us before you'd have to remember. Most customers move to a maintenance plan: one schedule for the whole year, priority booking, and up to 20% off.

Every visit

Why you can hand it over.

Anyone can do a good job once. The hard part is doing the same job, the same way, every time we're at your house. Three habits are how we get there.

  • Communication you don’t have to chase

A confirmation when you book, a reminder the day before, a text when the crew is on the way. If we find something you should know about, you hear it that day with photos, not as a surprise on the invoice.

  • The same result, whoever shows up

Every service runs off a written checklist: same methods, same products, every job. The lead tech walks the work and signs off before the truck leaves. Your third visit looks like your first.

  • We write it down, so you say it once

The gate code. The dog’s name. The window that sticks. The planter bed to stay off. Whether you’d rather we text than knock. It goes in your file after every visit, and the crew reads it before the next one.

Referrals

Give your neighbor 10% off.

Send us to a neighbor and they get 10% off their first job. When that job is finished and paid, you get 10% off your next service, good for twelve months. It's something you give, not a favor you ask.

Or get the street together

When several homes on one street book the same day, every home saves, based on the street's combined total. One drive, one setup, one road, so we pass the savings on.

  • $2,000 or more10% offevery home that day
  • $3,000 or more15% offevery home that day
  • $5,000 or more20% offevery home that day

The neighbor you refer has to be new to us. Tiers are measured in booked dollars, not number of homes, and roof, gutter and siding work is what moves the total. One discount per job, never stacked: the neighborhood discount replaces the referral 10%, so you get whichever is better. We never cold-call anyone you refer.

  • Professional, courteous, friendly, and trustworthy. They really care about doing the job well and making customers happy. Good customer service is rare, and this company excels at it.

    Niki Flynn ★★★★★

  • We've been using Window Works for about 8 years and have never had a bad experience. A few times the owner has been the person onsite and has done things above and beyond. Once he replaced a battery in a smoke detector that was way too high for me to reach.

    Nathan Barber ★★★★★

  • When I got the bid it seemed like a lot to clean a roof... Not these guys. There were three guys working 8+ hours per day in the dumping rain for two days. After watching all that went into it, now it feels like I got a good deal.

    Orlin Sorensen ★★★★★

  • We have relied on WindowWorks to keep our windows, siding, decks and patios clean for the past six plus years... I fully trust they will always do the right thing.

    Derek Kasel ★★★★★

  • The professionalism, courtesy and care they took in our home was outstanding. Craig even took the time to check with the window manufacturer on how to best deal with the oxidation issue on our atrium window frames. That is care and service above and beyond!

    Mike Trzebiatowski ★★★★★

  • Craig, Connor, and the whole team genuinely care about delivering high-quality 5-star work and taking care of their customers.

    Jack Broadwell ★★★★★

  • This is our 3rd year using this company for interior/exterior window washing and every time they've done an exceptional job!

    Anastasiya Piakarskaya ★★★★★

  • I've had Window Works come out at least three times to do various projects (gutter cleaning, window cleaning, and dryer vent cleaning) and every time the work is excellent and thorough.

Our promises

What you can hold us to.

  • Satisfaction guarantee

If something's not right, we come back and make it right. Every job is held to the same standard, whoever's on the crew that day.

  • 3-year moss-free roof warranty

Our soft wash kills moss and lichen at the root, the only method that does. Zinc treatments last about six months; ours is warrantied for three years.

  • Methods that protect your home

High pressure strips shingles and drives water behind siding. We soft wash: low pressure, the right cleaners, and we let the solution do the work. Shingle-warranty compliant.

  • People worth trusting

Licensed, bonded, and insured. Our techs are W2 employees with healthcare and a living wage, trained and background-checked, and paid well enough to stick around.
