ONE SYSTEM · THE WHOLE PROPERTY
Invisible by day. Exquisite at night.
We don't just hang trim lights. We build an atmosphere: roofline, trees, patio and paths on one system, so the whole property comes to life together.
WHO IS ON YOUR ROOF
Anyone can sell you the lights.
All the top systems are very similar in quality. What changes is who drills into your fascia, and whether they are still around when one bulb goes out three winters from now.
Same Standard, Every Crew
We run several crews. Every one of them is insured, background-checked and trained the same way, so which truck pulls up does not change the work you get.
Paid Like Professionals
Our technicians earn a living wage and have healthcare. That is why they are careful on your roof, and why they are still here next season.
Twenty Years On These Roofs
We have been cleaning these gutters, washing these roofs and doing these windows since before permanent lighting existed. We know how your house is put together.
One Number When It Fails
Every system we fit carries its own manufacturer warranty. We are the ones who come out either way, and you already have our number in your phone.
THE SYSTEM
Which way the light points changes everything
The biggest decision is not the color. It is whether the light aims down the wall or out at the street, because that is what makes a house read as architecture or as Christmas. Most properties end up with some of both.
Down-Facing
Fixtures set up into the soffit, aimed down the wall. You see the wash of light on the siding, not the bulbs. This is the architectural look.
Out-Facing
Bulbs on the drip edge facing the street, a run of points along every roofline. This is the traditional Christmas light look, without the ladder.
Light Bars
A continuous line with no visible dots, the neon look. Popular on storefronts, signage and modern elevations where a row of points would read wrong.
Property Ambience
Bistro strings over the patio, floods up the trees, wall washers on the facade, path lights along the walk. Where a lit roofline becomes a lit property.

Whatever the mix, every piece links into one system and runs from one app.
ONE HOUSE, EVERY PATTERN
Your home is your palette.
Christmas and Halloween, orange and blue on game day, pink for a birthday, red white and blue in July, school colors on graduation night, and National Hot Dog Day if that is your thing. Celebrate everything, or run a warm white and never think about it again.
The frames below are the same house on the same night, photographed running one pattern after another. Nothing was rehung between them.

EVERY GLOW ON THE CALENDAR
One system. Every date on this list.
No booking, no ladders, no takedown. You change the colors from your phone.
NOT ONE SIZE FITS ALL
Most companies carry one product. We carry the catalog.
The usual approach is one fixture sold to every house on the street, whether it suits the building or not. We stock the whole range, from bistro strings to flood lights to track, so the fixture gets picked for your roofline, your trim and what you actually want it to do. Homes and businesses both.

Bistro Strings
Weatherproof commercial strand for patios, decks, courtyards and pergolas.

Puck Lights
The point-source module behind most roofline runs. One bulb, sixteen million colors, seated in its track and mounted.

Track Finishes
Bronze, copper, white, black, gray or clear, so the channel matches your trim instead of fighting it.

Channel Module
The LED seated down inside the channel, which is why the system disappears in daylight.

RGB C9 Bulbs
The classic Christmas bulb shape, now full color and programmable, on a permanent run.

RGB Mini Bulbs
Clear or frosted minis for tight lines, railings and detail runs where a C9 is too big.

Flood Lights
Color thrown from the ground up a wall, a column or a tree, rather than dotted along an edge.

Wall Washers
A wide, even sheet of light up a facade. The right answer on commercial elevations.

Light Bars
Linear color for columns, signage, soffits and architectural lines.

Neon Flex Tubing
Continuous neon-look tubing with no visible dots, for signage, curves and undersides.

Flex Strip
Bends where rigid track will not: arches, curved soffits and awkward returns.
THE YARD TOO
Bring the same color down into the landscaping.
These are landscape fixtures wired into the permanent lighting system, not a second set of lights on a second timer. Full RGB, so the path and the beds run whatever the roofline is running: team colors on game day, warm white the rest of the year, one app for all of it. Homes and businesses both.

RGB Path Lights
Hatted path fixtures for walks, steps and drive edges, throwing light down rather than into anyone's eyes.

RGB Spot Lights
Staked bullet spots for uplighting trunks, walls and the one good tree out front.
Not sure which of these belongs on your building? That is the point of the walkthrough. We bring the samples.
AFTER THE INSTALL
The warranty covers the part. We cover the ladder.
A permanent system carries a seven-year manufacturer warranty on its components. That warranty will replace a failed part for free. It will not work out which part failed, get up on your roof in February, and swap it. That is what a plan is for.
