A car wash canopy at night with red, white and blue lights under the edge washing down the dark fascia.

Seen from the street, every night of the year.

Permanent lights for storefronts, restaurants, offices and clubhouses. Warm white on a dusk-to-close schedule, and every season or sale from one app.

THE CASE FOR LIGHTING

Light brings people in.

A dark building disappears after 4:30 in a Seattle December. When people can see you, more of them come in.

76%

of shoppers have walked into a store for the first time because its sign caught their eye.

FedEx Office survey, 2012

+12%

average sales gain reported by businesses that upgraded their signs, in an 18-month study of 225 businesses.

University of Cincinnati, 2012

40 to 60%

more visible to drivers: signs lit from within compared with signs lit from outside.

US Sign Council Foundation

36%

fewer serious outdoor crimes at night where new lighting went in, in a randomized trial.

University of Chicago Crime Lab, 2019

The first three come from sign industry research; none of it measures permanent lighting alone.

STEP 1 OF 3

Which way should the light point?

Every combination runs on the same controller and app, and you can mix them on one building.

Technical cutaway of an eave with a light channel under the soffit edge shining down onto the siding, hidden from the street.Track under the soffitLight washes the wallHidden from the street

Down-facing

The track tucks under the parapet cap, soffit, band or awning and shines down. People see a glow on the building, not the bulbs. Modern and architectural, right for everyday lighting and well-lit entries.

Out-facing

The track sits on the face of the fascia, parapet or band and points at the street. Each light reads bright from a distance, the traditional holiday style. Right for being seen from a busy road.

Up-lighting

Floods and wall washers at ground level throw light up columns, stone and trees. Dramatic and upscale, and right for sign walls and landscaping.

STEP 2 OF 3

Which light?

A restaurant at night with red, orange and green light bars along every roofline edge.

THE NEON LOOK

Light bars

A smooth, solid line of light with no dots. Outlines rooflines, parapets, awnings and windows. This is our neon: there is no separate neon product.

CLASSIC LOOK

RGBW C9

The big faceted holiday bulb people know, except every bulb changes color from the app. Mounted in its own track, it stays up all year.

Points out

A low-profile Pebble light module seated in its mounting channel.

ENTRY PRICE

Pebble

A small point of light in a slim channel that nearly disappears by day. Our most popular everyday light, and the lowest cost per foot.

Points out or down

A round Puck light module with three LEDs and mounting tabs.

BRIGHTEST

Puck

Three LEDs in every light, so it carries much farther. Our pick for out-facing on big homes, buildings and long runs. Its larger channel needs flat room below the gutter, which we check when we measure.

STEP 3 OF 3

Which track color?

Every light screws into a rigid track that runs along the building. Pick the material, then the color that disappears against it.

Six hard plastic light channels standing in a row: white, sand, light brown, gray, brown and black.

MANAGED SCENES

Every season, without lifting a finger

Most owners and managers don't have time to change lights for every holiday. With your OK, we connect to your system remotely and run your calendar for you: the holidays, game days, your brand colors, a sale or an event, then back to clean warm white. You can always change it yourself in the app.

The frames below are one building, scene after scene. Nothing is rehung between them.

ONE SYSTEM

The whole building on one app.

Large displays run on commercial WEC3 Pro controllers, with power added along long runs. Add light bars or a patio later and they join the same scenes.

COMMERCIAL GRADE

Built for a building, not a store shelf

Consumer kits stop at one box and a set length. A storefront, a parapet or a campus needs more than that.

Long runs

Power is fed in along the run so the far end is as bright and true in color as the near end.

Multiple buildings

Controllers can be grouped so a whole center or campus runs one scene together.

Add on any time

Start with the frontage. Add the back, a second building or more light bars later at the same rates.

HOAS, CLUBHOUSES AND CHURCHES

Built for a board to approve

HOAs, clubhouses and churches: for anything that needs a vote, we put together a visual proposal for the board. A night picture of your building, the plan line by line, prices, choices and a guide for the manager who presents it.

AFTER THE INSTALL

The warranty covers the part. We cover the labor.

A permanent system carries a seven-year manufacturer warranty on its components. That warranty will replace a failed part for free. It will not work out which part failed, get up on your roof in February, and swap it. That is what a plan is for.

Care

  • Labor to diagnose and replace anything the warranty covers
  • Unlimited app and wireless support
  • Priority scheduling
  • A diagnostic visit after any significant wind event
  • One on-site reprogram a year
  • A discount on your other WindowWorks work

Care Plus

  • Everything in Care
  • Three on-site reprograms a year
  • An annual on-site inspection and tune-up

WHO IS ON YOUR ROOF

A contractor that will still be here.

Same Standard, Every Crew

We run several crews. Every one of them is insured, background-checked and trained the same way, so which truck pulls up does not change the work you get.

Paid Like Professionals

Our technicians earn a living wage and have healthcare. That is why they are careful on your roof, and why they are still here next season.

Twenty Years On These Roofs

We have been cleaning these gutters, washing these roofs and doing these windows since before permanent lighting existed. We know how your house is put together.

One Number When It Fails

Every system we fit carries its own manufacturer warranty. We are the ones who come out either way, and you already have our number in your phone.
