Careers

Roll with Us

We're putting together a crew of people who care about the work they do and the people they do it with. People who show up every day looking to be better than they were yesterday.

Five WindowWorks technicians with their arms around each other in front of the service truck at the end of a job

Who We Are

A WindowWorks technician pulling a squeegee down a large pane under a covered deck while a second technician works a water-fed pole behind him

WindowWorks is a small exterior property services company based in Issaquah, serving Seattle and the greater Eastside. We specialize in roof washing, house washing, window cleaning, gutter services, pressure washing, soft washing, and holiday lighting. We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured.

We are a tight-knit crew that takes pride in doing excellent work for people who trust us with their biggest investment: their home. Our customers are homeowners who expect excellent quality of work, clear communication, and a team that remembers their name and follows through every single time. That is why every person on this team, no matter their role, is a customer service representative first. Our over 250 five-star reviews did not happen by accident. They happened because every member of this team understands that trust is earned at every interaction.

We are honest about what this looks like. The work is physical. The PNW weather does not care about your comfort. Some days are long. Processes change as we grow. We are a company that is constantly evolving, and we need people who find energy in that instead of fighting against it. We suffer together on the hard days and we thrive together on the good ones. It is how we operate.

Our entire business depends on efficiency. We do not sell materials or mark up products. We make money by getting jobs done quickly, correctly, and professionally. That means everyone moves with purpose, prepares thoroughly, and takes ownership of their piece of the operation without waiting to be told what to do.

What We Do

  • A WindowWorks technician rappelling down a steep church steeple on rope, giving a thumbs up beside the lights they are installing
  • A WindowWorks technician's view from a steep shingled steeple, rope and carabiner anchored beside them, with a second roped technician working the roofline below and the street far underneath
  • A WindowWorks climber roped high in a fir, reaching out above a lit treehouse
  • A WindowWorks technician in a hard hat and high-visibility vest washing apartment siding from a boom lift above a Seattle street
  • A WindowWorks technician working from a boom lift at the peak of a dark A-frame mountain home during snowfall, the service truck parked below
  • A WindowWorks boom lift extended to the upper floors of a Seattle mixed-use building, cones set out and the service truck at the curb
  • A WindowWorks technician soft washing a standing-seam metal roof beside a tall brick chimney at a home surrounded by evergreens

Who We Are

  • Two WindowWorks technicians in company holiday sweaters and Santa hats riding the party bus at the company holiday party
  • WindowWorks technicians around a picnic table at a team outing, throwing shakas and peace signs at the camera
  • Three WindowWorks technicians in company holiday sweaters, antlers and a Santa mask at the holiday lighting booth
  • Two WindowWorks technicians in high-visibility vests grinning from a lift in downtown Seattle, the stadiums behind them
  • Two WindowWorks technicians in hard hats and high-visibility vests grinning from a lift beside the building siding they are washing
  • A WindowWorks technician in a Santa hat flexing both arms on a roofline after finishing a holiday light install
  • Three WindowWorks technicians in full rain gear with a surface cleaner in front of the hot-water pressure washing rig on a wet Pacific Northwest day
  • Three WindowWorks technicians in hard hats and high-visibility vests beside a boom lift on an overnight commercial job in Seattle
  • Four WindowWorks technicians gathered at the loaded service truck at a wooded Eastside jobsite, ladders and hose reels racked behind them
  • Four members of the WindowWorks team in company shirts and caps in front of the service trucks on a clear summer day
  • Two WindowWorks technicians in company polos in front of the loaded service truck and its hose reels on a summer evening
  • Four WindowWorks technicians beside the service truck and its hose reels under autumn maples on an Eastside job
  • The WindowWorks crew of insured, background-checked exterior cleaning technicians standing together in front of their soft-wash truck

Who We Are Looking For

We hire based on who you are, not what you already know how to do. Skills are trainable. Character is not.

Hungry

Ambitious, goal-oriented, and driven to be the best at what they do. People who see an opportunity here, not just a job. The kind of person who drives the group project instead of riding along.

Humble

Open to feedback, willing to learn from anyone on the team regardless of title or tenure, and more invested in the team’s success than their own ego. We have learned firsthand that talent without humility creates problems that no amount of skill can fix.

Smart

Not book smart, but people smart. Emotionally intelligent. Able to read a room, connect with customers from all walks of life, and communicate with clarity and respect.

We want people who show up consistently, do what they say they are going to do, own their work completely, and never stop growing. If you are someone who would rather build something meaningful than punch a clock, who wants to be challenged and rewarded for what you put in, this is the place.

What You Get

You will never be bored. You will be respected. You will have a seat at the table, no matter your position. You will learn new skills every day that advance your career. You will be rewarded for the value you create through performance pay and advancement opportunities. And when you push yourself and fail, that failure will be celebrated, because it means you were reaching for something better.

WindowWorks is not the easiest place to work. But it is one of the most rewarding, for the right person. If that sounds like you, we want to hear from you.
