Different jobs, the same standard. Meet a few of the people who look after your property and the experience around it.

General Manager

Connor Kraft

I'm Connor, the General Manager for WindowWorks. I grew up in Fall City, WA. I love to ski, hike, camp, and play most board/card games. I'm a pretty cliche PNW guy. I've been working alongside Craig for the past 7ish years cleaning windows, climbing roofs, and hanging lights. I love that no day is the same and every house has its own unique difficulties. I especially love taking on very technical jobs where other companies couldn't get the customer the results they wanted.

Office Manager

Rye E.

Rye is our Office Manager, professional cat-herder, and resident weirdo. Born and raised on a farm in Ohio, she moved to Idaho at 19 and subsequently joined the US Navy, ultimately stationed on NAS Whidbey Island for the entirety of her naval career. The mountains of the PNW were a "love at first sight", and on weekends you'll find her out on the mountain trails of the Cascades with her dogs, hooking salmon out of the river, or traversing the off-roading trails in her trusty 4Runner. In her quiet time, she loves to read and bake, currently working her way through the Top 100 Literary Classics list and trying out different sourdough recipes.

Rye loves working as an Office Manager because she loves being the support system "behind the scenes", handling the day-to-day tasks so our team can focus on the most important part of our business: our customers. You'll often speak with her over the phone or via text, so feel free to say "Hi!"

Field Lead

Emily G.

I grew up in the PNW and quickly realized I'm way happier working outside with my hands than sitting behind a desk. Doing exterior maintenance at WindowWorks is great because you actually get to see what you accomplished at the end of the day. Plus, getting to know and talk to new people every day makes the job feel more personal. When I'm off, I'm usually spending time outdoors, reading, or with my family.

Field Technician

Jake D.

I grew up in North Bend, Washington and have lived here my whole life. I'm a photographer and videographer, and I love hiking and being in the mountains. I've worked a lot of oddball jobs, from restaurants to landscaping, and I used to run my own window cleaning business. I still run a photography and videography business, editing for people online, and I've worked with some pretty big names. I enjoy this work because it lets me connect with customers and get people's homes looking pretty. I've done the window cleaning side of it before, so it's something I know.

Outside of work I love to disconnect from everything by exploring the woods and camping. I keep myself busy helping people I know with work they need done, or the things they just haven't been able to get to. I also love to fish, and I have countless fly fishing and spinner rods.

I'm a very driven person. I'll always push to get something done, and I go out of my way to go the extra mile for others. For music, I listen to everything, I don't discriminate on genres, but a song I really like is 'That's the Way of the World' by 高中正義 (Masayoshi Takanaka).

I like this type of work because I'm a labor-oriented person and a social one, so I strive to make sure my work meets and exceeds expectations. I love seeing it bring a smile and some joy to people's faces.

From the owner

Hi, I'm Craig Hauser, the owner of WindowWorks.

I was born and raised in the Snoqualmie Valley, and I love everything about this area. You will find me mountain biking, skiing, fly fishing, trail running, and watching live music on the weekends with my wife Shelby, our pup River, and our amazing community. That's what living in the Pacific Northwest is for. That's why we live here.

Unfortunately, the catch is that all the rain that keeps it this green also grows moss on your roof, packs your gutters every fall, and basically allows your home to get eaten alive if left unchecked. Staying ahead of it is a real job on top of the one you already have.

I've been doing this work for over 15 years. I started with windows, spent a while hanging off ropes cleaning skyscrapers downtown, then ran my own small business locally in the Snoqualmie Valley. Back in 2023, I bought WindowWorks and rebuilt it the way I always thought it should be done.

Mostly, I was tired of watching people line up three or four companies to take care of one house. Roof, siding, windows, gutters, pressure washing, the holiday lights. Now it's one call and you're done.

While many other companies are going the way of automation, AI, and overseas answering services, we have chosen a different route: we are only getting more personal. When you call, you get a real person who picks up and knows your name. You get techs walking through your door who were hired for their trustworthiness and personality. You get people who know your home and your unique preferences and needs. As a bonus, you're not hunting for somebody new every spring, waiting on a guy who said he'd show and didn't, or paying twice because the last crew did a half-ass job and disappeared.

We build trust one job at a time, until you feel comfortable handing over your exterior maintenance and putting your feet up.

We're not the cheapest, but we're the crew you don't have to think about twice. Our people are insured, trained, and paid well enough to stick around and take it seriously, and every job gets held to the same standard. So you get the same result every time, whether or not the same face shows up. This is our home, and we treat our customers like neighbors, because that's what you are.

Thanks for trusting us with your most precious asset.
